裝載機(jī)制動(dòng)后掛不上擋的故障的分析與維修保養(yǎng)處理

故障現(xiàn)象 制動(dòng)后，裝載機(jī)（ZL40型）突然不能行走，查看變速壓力表見指針指向零，但工作裝置和轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)工作正常。

故障分析 裝載機(jī)變速操縱閥裝有一個(gè)動(dòng)力切斷閥，通過(guò)它可以實(shí)現(xiàn)在踏下制動(dòng)踏板進(jìn)行制動(dòng)時(shí)，變速箱的換擋離合器能自動(dòng)分離，使傳給行走部分的動(dòng)力切斷。在非制動(dòng)狀態(tài)下，制動(dòng)閥桿在彈簧的作用下應(yīng)為上、下油道相通，閥桿封閉腔與油箱相通，由調(diào)壓閥來(lái)的壓力油經(jīng)上、下油道進(jìn)入換擋離合器工作缸，使換擋離合器可以接合。如果制動(dòng)閥桿卡死或彈簧不能回位，那么上、下油道被隔斷，由調(diào)壓閥來(lái)的壓力油就不能進(jìn)入換擋離合器工作缸，換擋離合器就不能接合，裝載機(jī)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)上述現(xiàn)象。閥桿卡死的原因一般多是液壓油過(guò)臟或是氣閥體內(nèi)Y型密封圈損壞造成的；彈簧不能回位多是由于彈簧變形彎曲或斷裂而造成的。

故障判斷與處理 遇上述現(xiàn)象，首先要判斷是制動(dòng)系的故障還是變速器的故障，可通過(guò)觀察變速壓力表的指針是否指向零來(lái)判斷。如果變速壓力表指針指在正常范圍內(nèi)，裝載機(jī)仍不能行走，說(shuō)明故障出在制動(dòng)系上；如果變速壓力表指針指向零位，則說(shuō)明故障出在變速操縱閥上。這時(shí)可將儀表盤上的動(dòng)力切斷閥開關(guān)，扳在不切斷動(dòng)力的位置上，然后加大油門，觀察變速壓力表指針是否上升，如不上升，可用鐵器輕輕敲擊變速閥體的表面，使制動(dòng)閥桿受振動(dòng)，在彈簧的作用下而自動(dòng)回位。如仍沒(méi)有排除故障，就必須把變
